Verbal Opt-In

Cain’s Cool Air LLC collects SMS opt-in verbally in person or during inbound calls initiated by the customer. Before recording consent, trained staff ask whether the customer would like to receive recurring SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications, and job completion surveys from Cain’s Cool Air LLC. Staff disclose that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of purchase, and the customer may reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
